Thing 16.

In Thing 15, I discussed wiki and how to use it, and how it could be helpful in the classroom. It's funny how all through high school, every teacher was like "Wikipedia is the devil" and now, I think teachers are realizing that Wikipedia can be a good tool, you just have to be careful about what's posted on there because anyone can post ANYTHING!
In this blog post, we will be getting ORGANIZED! Just to touch on organization, I love organization. It makes life so much easier when things are in order.

Look how awesome uStart is!!
I was able to add Google Drive and the news to my startup page. And guess what?! An RSS link!! Everything is literally in one place!!! I can even get Twitter updates! This will be my permanent home page as soon as I publish this blog!
I like UpTo's calendar. It's a great way to share your calendar with friends and family. You can organize events and have everything right there in front of you. Plus, you can sync it with your Google account AND Facebook! Now, everything is on your smartphone too!!

The PDFConverter is a great tool. Not everyone has Microsoft Office on their computer, but every computer can read a PDF file. This could be great for students that do not have Microsoft Office on their home computer, but they need to send me something electronically.

Life is great when things are organized. I plan on recommending every tool I've encountered on here. I think others could definitely benefit by being organized!! :)
